Generation of free quantum energy because of violation of the LAW OF ENERGY CONSERVATION is possible in four cases:
- Quantum object “ball lightning” is on quantum boundary Rk,p.
- Quantum assembly of individual particles is very close to quantum boundary Rk,p. I called this assembly “Super Dense Quantum Plasma” (SDQP).
- Violation of the Law of Energy Conservation due to destruction of space in place of appearing of ball lightning object.
- Violation due to the “Pauli’s Exclusive Principle” in the case of flow of electrical current through ball lightning.
Let’s consider the last case.
Ball lightning represents Giant Atom. See figure 1. It consists of 2-Dimensional nucleus (2-D manifold) and 3-Dimensional electron shell. B.L. nucleus represents “black hole”, something like physical point that has outside dimension but has no space under its 2-D surface “alfa” and respectively no material substance under this surface. The real 3-D space l starts from the closed 2-D surface “alfa” and goes outward. Electron shell is composed of quantum electrons which are not individual particles, instead they are ‘electron space-continuum’ around b.l. nucleus. B.L. nucleus is very hot – several thousands oC, or more – and it heats surrounding medium (gas or liquid) to temperatures of ionization. Electrons of this plasma are free electrons, and they don’t obey Pauli’s Exclusive Principle. B.L. electron shell and medium plasma overlap each other in space but do not interact between them.

I conducted several different experiments which proved that b.l. nucleus is a 2-D manifold, a physical point with outside spatial dimension but no space inside. One experiment is illustrated in figure 2. Ball lightning is created and maintained by GHz microwave. Two electrodes are attached to the b.l. electron shell. Because b .l. electron shell is a quantum material object (no distinguished points or parts on its body), no matter where are attached electrodes. Electrical current runs between both electrodes. At some moment microwave is turned off, ball lightning disappears instantly. Electrical current is not turned off; its path is clearly visible. Electrical current continues to flow around the non-existing b.l. nucleus. After about 10 sec. the path is “corrected” – it flows on the shortest line between the two electrodes.

Quantum electrons are in state of indeterminacy (electron space-continuum) until external factor is applied to the ball lightning. Such factors could be electrical current, magnetic field, metallic bar touching ball lightning, and others. Let’s consider electrical current passing through b.l. electron shell. See figure 3. Electrons are carriers of electrical current. When electrical current is not strong enough (small amps) electrical current is carried by the free electrons of surrounding plasma. This happens because there exists philosophical principle of minimal effect of violation of some fundamental natural law. In this case Pauli’s Exclusive Principle violates Law of Energy Conservation. When the free electrons of plasma are not enough in number to carry stronger el. current (bigger amps) some of quantum electrons are involved as a carriers of electrical current; at first place these are low energy quantum electrons. Quantum electrons become individual particles; they start rotating as electrically charged particles around b.l. nucleus. We know that when particles with electrical charge are moving in curved orbits, they radiate synchrotron radiation. Stronger is their energy and smaller are the curvatures of their orbits stronger is energy of synchrotron radiation.

In my lab in Canada, I was generating giant ball lightning objects – almost 1 meter in diameter. See figure 4. Ball lightning was created in continuous (non-stop) regime with the help of GHz radiation in open quartz bell jar. To the b.l. electron shell (perfectly visible) were applied two tungsten electrodes. Discharge electrical current from high voltage high energy storage capacitors was run through b.l. electron shell. What happened after that was beyond my expectation and imagination. I was staying at a ‘safe’ distance (about 30 meters) from Anlotron generator. A Boom like from a mighty thunderclap was shaking vigorously for few seconds not only the corpse of Anlotron but also all other equipment in the lab. All high voltage high ohms fuses and DC power supply burned. THIS WAS THE EFFECT OF THE “REVERSE QFE ELECTRICAL CURRENT”. Measuring/estimating the total output power/energy (heat, mechanical, and electrical) of this explosion was beyond my technical possibilities. This was really big output.

In 1908 year in Siberia (Russia) giant fireball (diameter about 400 meters) exploded over taiga with estimated power between 3-50 megatons. This fireball was called “Tunguska meteorite”. In fact, this unusual natural phenomenon was giant ball lightning (my own hypothesis). Unbelievable chance for our planet and life on Earth was the fact that at the time of existing of “Tunguska” there were no thunderstorms in this area, and no thunderbolt hit Tunguska giant ball lightning. If such a dramatic event happened……end of life on our green planet.
Now about this mysterious quantum free energy electrical current. See figures 5,6,7.
In metal conductors electrical current is carried by free electrons. Free electrons can have any energy. If potential (U, volts) is applied to metal conductor free electrons acquire energy equal for all electrons. No strings attached. This current is “mono-electrical current”. This is the ONLY electrical current known (and used) by people of our human civilization. See figure 5.

The assembly of free electrons can be represented figuratively as squad of soldiers marching in the same rhythm (energy). They are commanded by sergeant “U” (voltage). For the case of electrical current in B.L. electron shell, however, the picture is different. To the quantum electrons there are strings attached that limit their freedom. These strings are limitations of the Pauli’s Exclusive Principle. Quantum electrons occupy discrete energy levels and obey also other quantum limitations (like spin,…). Quantum electrical current is composed of multiple electrical currents with different energy (voltage). Multi-electrical current can be represented figuratively as military regiment composed by many different squads marching with different rhythm (energy). See figure 6.

Regular, mono- electrical current, diminishes its potential (voltage, energy) when meets some resistance. See figure 7. When regular mono- electrical current runs through ball lightning object a miracle happens. This electrical current obeys Pauli’s Exclusive Principle. Instead of diminishing its potential (voltage) it increases its potential (voltage) considerably. Quantum Free Energy in form of electricity is produced.

If we conditionally accept as a coefficient of efficiency the ratio “output power/energy of the reverse quantum multi-current vs. the power/energy of input mono-electrical current” then we can easily understand/calculate that this ratio strongly depends on the power of ball lightning. The output power of the multi-electrical current increases in geometrical progression with the increase of input power for creating and maintaining the ball lightning alive and the strength (in amps) of applied mono-electrical current. For some very big/strong b.l. objects the output power can reach catastrophic values. Weapons of tremendous destructive power can be built.
I tried to harness and use this strange multi-electrical current. Without success. I asked experts in electricity for help. They proposed false (not working) methods of dealing with this current, or they had no solutions to the problem.
