CONCEPT FOR STABILIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT

During the period of developed socialism, the Republic of Bulgaria was a country with one of the most stable energy systems in the field of production, transmission and operation of electricity, as well as with highly qualified personnel. During the construction of a new energy capacity, Belene NPP was planned to provide electricity for the further development of the industrial branches, according to a developed and adopted national program for industrial development of Bulgaria. Following the “democratic processes”, entire industries were liquidated and energy capacity shut down. Belene NPP remained on the agenda of all transition governments, but this project has been used for 30 years only as a source of huge sums of money for embezzlement by changing “democratic” governments and joined pseudo-energy specialists who only developed appropriation programs. of money, under the leadership of governments. The construction of such capacity continues to be discussed, without a comprehensive program for sustainable development of Bulgaria, a program for which consumers, for which industry these capacities will be needed.
The Republic of Bulgaria, at this stage of the deplorable state of our industry, does not need the new capacities of Belene NPP. The first task of the future government is to develop a program for stabilization of the existing energy facilities, to launch the suspended ones, to provide the thermal power plants, to work without emitting harmful emissions. Bulgaria will need new energy capacities not earlier than in 10-15 years, but under the condition of radical change of our political system. The so-called “democratic” transition of all of us has shown the disastrous policy of the ruling corrupt oligarchs, all suffering from greed for wealth and, unfortunately, with insufficient mental competence, to be statesmen.
Previous projects for obtaining electricity from solar and wind generators have shown inefficiency, expensive production and insufficient capacity – a few percent compared to existing ones.
The only right solution for our energy is to switch to a new energy source producing heat and pressure with different parameters, allowing the replacement of combustion plants of existing and existing thermal and nuclear power plants, as well as various stationary and mobile units producing electricity, heat and pressure.
These are free energy generators. There are two types of generators that produce heat and pressure. These are prototypes, without a specific application and which have shown very good performance.
The following schemes are possible for energy:
SCHEME WITH A NEW ENERGY SOURCE – GENERATOR FOR FREE ENERGY, IN COMBINATION WITH A GAS TURBINE, AS A SOURCE OF HEAT FOR THE STEAM BOILERS OF THE THERMAL CIRCUITS.
SCHEME WITH A NEW ENERGY SOURCE. FREE ENERGY GENERATOR, WITHOUT GAS TURBINE, AS A DIRECT SOURCE OF HEAT, WITHOUT SOLID, LIQUID OR GAS FERTILIZERS AND WITHOUT SEPARATION.
STATIONARY OR MOBILE QUANTUM GENERATORS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICITY AND THERMAL ENERGY, SATISFIING INDIVIDUAL CONSUMERS, AS WELL AS.
QUANTUM GENERATORS ENSURING THE RECEIPT OF HIGH AND EXTREME HIGH PRESSURES APPLICABLE IN VARIOUS BRANCHES OF INDUSTRY.
The consumption of the power supply for the production of free energy is negligible and the measurements and calculations made by these generators have shown OVER UNITY with possibilities from 2, 10, theoretically to infinity. This is energy from the UNIVERSE, FROM SPACE, which is eternal, energy similar to solar energy. It is unlikely that the SUN will ever stop shining. This is the energy that ensures the existence of the universe, the life of the EARTH.
We need to control this energy and start using it and stop extracting natural energy resources and stop polluting nature.
But above all, the future government of the Republic of Bulgaria must develop a program for complex and sustainable development of the country, and then a program for new energy capacities must be made. This is a priority and a necessity for the future of the Republic of Bulgaria.
These programs must be widely discussed and adopted by referendum.
In no case should FOREIGN “SPECIALISTS” BE INVITED TO MAKE US PROGRAMS. For 30 years now, with such a program, we have been destroying what has been created, and Bulgaria has become the poorest country in Europe and with a declining population.
What energy program should the New Government develop:
TPP “Varna” with 1200 MW of installed capacity to be put into operation by replacing the fuel system with coal and installing quantum generators that will supply steam boilers with hot air. The consumption of electricity for starting and powering the quantum generators will be symbolic, and zero harmful emissions from exhaust gases will be obtained. Currently, the plant is in cold reserve and the state pays huge sums to the owner to maintain the cold reserve.
The amounts for payment of this reserve shall be reimbursed by the owner and together with the subsequent payments shall be allocated to a special fund for the production of the quantum generators and their installation in the plant.
To launch the suspended four units of Kozloduy NPP, using the second circuits of the power units with a total capacity of 1600 MW. Quantum generators will be installed for each unit, which will supply the steam generators with hot air.
The coal power plants of the Maritza Iztok complex are proposed to replace the coal combustion installations for the steam boilers with quantum generators in two stages, in order not to stop the extraction of coal and the dismissal of 120 thousand workers:
First stage – production of quantum generators to be installed near the flue gases, which with their high temperature will burn completely harmful emissions and will emit warm clean air;
Second stage – replacement of coal farms with quantifier generators. In parallel, the New Government must develop a program to ensure the employment of redundant workers and employees.
Gradual and gradual replacement of the combustion plants of the other thermal installations. Financial resources should be allocated for the production of such generators, as the beginning of two generators – one for heat, the other for pressure for two specific objects to be tested, then a program for wide application in industry is made. Teams of engineers, technologists, specialists – mainly young people – will have to be organized. We will have to negotiate with companies to organize production.
We propose to the government and the financial institutions to create an investment fund, which will be guided by the financial rules, will control and will serve the implementation of the program for STABILIZATION OF BULGARIAN ENERGY.
