The nucleus is a two-dimensional quantum object – there is no space nor material substance beneath its surface. Because of this, it rotates (when the airflow moves around it) as a homogeneous solid. In addition, it has a constant very large quantum temperature that does not change no matter how intense the cooling. Source of free quantum energy (heat).
