Super-Fast Fuelless Quantum Free Energy Engines for Sea Ships & Quantum Fuelless Electrical Power Plant

Quantum Fuelless Engine for sea vessels 

The technology for this revolutionary new kind of motion for sea ships is based on my research conducted with my experimental equipment in Bulgaria (Varna City, Sofia City, and the town of Kazanluk) and in Tianjin, China. I call this method “Pulse Quantum Propulsion in Sea Water”. This technology exploits another quantum property of ball lightning: its two-dimensional nucleus, which disrupts the ‘space-material continuum’ at the point of its appearance.    

Artificial ball lightning can be created in salty water – sea water preferably, and in river water which contains some impurities, minerals that make river water slightly electrically conductive. 

The discharge of high-voltage, high-energy storage capacitors can create ball lightning. See figure 1.

Voltage must be 25 kV or higher; the total capacitance and storage energy of battery capacitors depend on the power of the ball lightning generated. The discharge current must be very large without damaging the capacitors – hundreds of thousands of amperes. 

The quantum engine is attached to the bottom of the ship, on its stern. The propeller of the electrical generator supplying electricity for capacitors and internal needs of the ship is located on its bow side. See figure 2.

Corps of Engines is built from stainless steel, must be waterproof, and must withstand at least 100 atm of internal pressure. Inside the walls of the pressure chamber must be well polished; no quartz is used.  See fig. 3.

Although the pressure in the chamber is extremely high at the moment of appearance and during the brief existence of ball lightning (3-5 ms), the chamber withstands such unbelievable pressures without destruction. The vacuum in the chamber after the disappearance of ball lightning is tremendous, which is impossible to create with existing conventional vacuum pumps. Chambers must be safe for such a vacuum, too.  

Hatch 1 is closed when the pressure in the chamber is higher than the pressure in the ocean water (ball lightning exists in the chamber), and hatch 2 is open: a powerful jet of water from the chamber pushes the cargo ship ahead. When ball lightning disappears, hatch 1 opens (to mitigate the vacuum created in the chamber), while hatch 2 closes. Ocean water fills the chamber’s space.     

Input energy from capacitors ionizes part of the water molecules and transforms hydrogen nuclei into a two-dimensional quantum macro-object “ball lightning”. This energy is released back into the water after ball lightning disappears. The ball lightning nucleus destroys the ‘space-material continuum’ at the point of its appearance; as a result, the pressure in water increases considerably. A water jet of tremendous energy and power leaves the chamber and pushes the ship in the opposite direction. 

The energy of a water jet has nothing to do with energy from capacitors; this energy is a “free quantum energy” due to the quantum effect of “destruction of the space-material continuum”.  “Output” free energy of the water jet is many times bigger than the “input” energy from capacitors. The process efficiency coefficient is much greater than 1. Although it is not correct in this case to consider the coefficient of efficiency as a mathematical relation between “input” energy from capacitors and “output” energy of the water jet, the free energy of the water jet is not a result of the transformation of “input” energy from capacitors to kinetic energy of the water jet. In fact, the input energy of this process is ZERO, C.E. is infinity.     

In a closed chamber, after the disappearance of ball lightning, the water that surrounded the ball lightning nucleus before the disappearance of the ball lightning nucleus (volume of this water is much smaller than the volume of the whole chamber) must occupy a much bigger volume while remaining fluid. This state of water is, in fact, a NEW STATE OF MATTER. I called it “stretched water”. Unlike water vapor (and all gases), water molecules are not separated from each other; there is no space between them. 

This state of matter was discovered by Bulgarian scientist Yule Brown and was called in his honor “brown gas”. Neither Yule Brown nor his followers, however, understood/understand what kind of “animal” they are dealing with. I do. Unlike other combustible gases, which burn ‘to outside’ with explosion (extension of the ‘space-material continuum’), ‘brown gas’ burns ‘to inside’ – implosion (contraction of the ‘space-material continuum’).  In fact, the ‘space-material continuum’ expands, and water expands with it.  Like gravitation: mass shrinks the ‘space-material continuum’, the absence of mass expands it to its absolute quantum minimum.  

When ball lightning appears in a water medium, the water’s pressure increases considerably, making it impossible to measure with conventional pressure devices. But as we know, liquids cannot be compressed. So, what happens? The right answer is: water is transformed into a state other than liquid.  I called this state (an unknown state of matter by conventional scientists) a super-dense quantum plasma(S.D.Q.P.). If we maintain this state of matter for a long time in an absolutely closed chamber, we’ll have another inexhaustible source of free quantum energy. 

Quantum Fuelless Electrical Power Plant 

Figures 4 and 5 show the schematics of a quantum-fuelless electrical power plant. To be more compact and to save land needed for other activities (industrial, agricultural, residential, recreational, etc.), such generators are better built in vertical, multilevel construction.  

The “boat-quantum generator” is connected to the central shaft with a solid, strong connection. 

Appropriate distance between “boats-quantum generators” and an appropriate sequence of discharging battery capacitors (for example, discharging individual battery capacitors every 2-4 sec.) will ensure that the central shaft rotates at a constant (or almost constant) speed.

Experimental Achievements

The prototype of the SDP engine, built in Kazanlak, Bulgaria, established the baseline for the larger experiment, which used the kinetic energy of a ball of lightning.

Further exploration of the capabilities of saltwater SDP has shown that pressures over 50 bars can be generated for less than 10ms.
